The Green Hotel Hog Roast
We are a small family firm that makes handmade pizza from local artisan ingredients laid out before the public who choose what they wish to go onto their individual pizza.
The pizzas are then baked in a wood-fired (old oak whisky barrels saved from landfill) clay oven.
ALANDA’S FISH AND CHIPS
Let us introduce you to a new fish and chip experience; where freshly grilled prawns, beautifully cooked salmon and mouthwatering oysters are served from our Scottish seafood units. All of the seafood we use is caught fresh everyday from local Scottish waters, including our lobsters. Not only that, but our tasty chips are made from locally-sourced potatoes, ensuring the flavour is perfect time and time again.
Nelson’s Ice Cream
A trip to Italy in 1999 inspired us to produce good quality deliciously creamy ice cream, and after several years of experimenting on friends and family, sourcing equipment from far and wide, we finally got up and running in June 2007. Ryan is the ‘ice cream chef’ who laboriously developed the recipe to perfection, and as well as working full time on the farm looking after the cows.
